By managing some of the major global telecommunication and Internet Company’s have won him high accolades in the global market of IP Optical Network Infrastructure, Internet Super Highway Information Technologies. He has managed many multi million dollar businesses, and has proven track records in his capabilities to meet budgets in a creative fashion. In recognition of his technological achievements in this field, Mr. Farazad has received several awards. Mr. Farazad 15 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Business Development, Sales Management and utilization of CCNP, MCSE is an outstanding asset to any business. Mr. Farazad’s capabilities have significantly contributed to the development of Comdex Enterprises, i.e., Comdex, Inc, Comdex Oil & Gas Exploration, Comdex Global Integrations Security, Dolphin USA and Comdex Food International, in its efficiency, organization, growth and profitability. Mr. Farazad has developed strong working alliances with fortune 500 companies such as Swisscom, AT&T (SBC), Bell Canada, Conference Plus, Deutsche Telecom, France Telecom, Glowpoint, InterCall, Singtel, Telstra, TeliaSonera, Telus, V-SPAN/WireOne and China Unicom and other large organizations in the field of Energy. Mr. Farazad is presently a member of the Board of Directors of Georgetown Hospital Department of Pediatrics, which is co-chaired by Mrs. Tipper Gore wife of former Vice President Al Gore, and the Presidential Nominee in 2000 for Democrats. In addition, Mr. Farazad is also a assist in the Arab American Chamber of Commerce to help American Industries to accomplish there goals in the Middle East and he was a member of the government committee roundtable for internet and telecom security act. This committee was chaired by Congressman Tom Davis, of District of Reston, Virginia and Congressman Billy Toesan of Louisiana with honorary chairman Bill Gates, of Microsoft.

Initially playing in the arena of financing major oil wells, he further expanded operations by developing relations with some of the world's leading financial institutions and oil suppliers by diversifying the business into the buy/sell of prime bank instruments and crude oil. His unrivalled knowledge of International Banking Finance catapulted the core of the business in facilitating medium-to-large scale structured finance plans for major corporations. His reputation and commitment to deliver attracted his direct business relations with heads of states and senior officials within governments. Farazad Investments now operates across four continents with an ever expanding portfolio and actively seeking out new business opportunities throughout these major regions. Mr. Farazad's devotion to his clients and business makes him an entrepreneur with a vision to succeed. Al Parvar
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Read Bio ... Mr. Al Parvar is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's engineering operations in R&D, GIS and RFID's. With more than 17 years experience in the industry, Mr. Parvar has accomplished many difficult tasks including re-engineering Comdex and CSI's IP network resulting in an 80% reduction in operating expenses while upgrading capabilities to absorb a 60% increase in traffic volume. Prior to joining Comdex Enterprises, Mr. Parvar achieved many accomplishments and awards in technology such as: ITIL, MCSE, MCP + Internet, CCNA and more. His knowledge of operating systems and servers makes him an expert in the field of Operating Systems, Application Development, Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. Security comes second nature to Mr. Parvar in all Biometrics, SSL, HTTPS, PKI and much more. Mr. Parvar also holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from KNTU University of Engineering and is a member of Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society. 
Walter Kolbe

Read Bio ... Walter Kolbe is one of the founders of ISG. Mr. Kolbe has worked in various executive and managerial positions for the past 25 years, and he brings the benefit of this experience to ISG. He served as CEO for two start-up environmental companies, one of which later became public. He was awarded a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Kolbe's experience spans both public and private enterprises: he served as Deputy Manager for the City and County of San Francisco's Bureau of Water Pollution Control, where he was responsible for the operations and maintenance of $1.3 billion in infrastructure. During his tenure at the bureau, Mr. Kolbe was awarded the Executive Director of Clean Water Enterprise Award in recognition for outstanding performance and managerial excellence. He also served as Regional Manager for Professional Services Group, where he managed a number of the largest privatized wastewater facilities in the United States. Mr. Kolbe has been consistently recognized and awarded for his managerial capabilities. As General Manager of Biosystems Management International, Mr. Kolbe directed all aspects of the largest biosolids firm in the Western U.S. with major contracts to the cites of Portland, San Francisco, and Reno. A number of these projects were unique in terms of complexity and scope. In addition, Mr. Kolbe was founder and CEO of Environmental Protection Company, which provided bioremediation services to major oil companies such as Amoco, Unocal, and Conoco. The services of Mr. Kolbe’s firm were featured in two leading industry publications; the Oil and Gas Journal and Civil Engineering. The firm was also cited jointly with Amoco Oil for the best environmental project in its region. Mr. Kolbe will be serving as the President of Dolphin USA, LLC sister company of Comdex Enterprises, and the senior level Executive of COGE Oil.
