Comdex Oil & Gas Exploration LLC (T/A COGE), is a privately-held corporation headquartered in the Washington D.C metropolitan area, in Herndon, Virginia.

Formed by Chairman/CEO Sean Farazad, COGE Energy is an independent producer of oil and gas that is entering an explosive growth phase in its corporate development. Currently, COGE manages oil fields in Yemen, other Middle Eastern countries, and the GCC.

Due to the high and existing standards of COGE’s team of expert geologists and petroleum engineers, led by Dr. Abdul Sattar Othman Nani, COGE does not drill an offset well until its research and analysis indicates a healthy return for its stakeholders. This minimizes risk and maximizes profits.

Specifically, COGE seeks out existing wells with residual petroleum resources that can be reworked by a smaller company with a lower overhead structure, resulting in a significant profit. COGE leverages its relationships with the best chances of profitable re-work and production. By locating and studying deposits of recoverable reserves, COGE employs more efficient employment of oil field personnel and utilization of surface equipment, replaces down-hole equipment and provides better field monitoring and management. In short, COGE is filling a niche in the oil and gas production market that larger oil companies cannot service in profitable way.

COGE will continue to work with its team of investors to build a backlog of profitable oil and gas fields, while working at the same time to protect the environment.
